Don't Miss Monday's Show! Tabasco is our Guest!
Hi Folks,Later today I'll be putting a special recipe using our favorite hot sauce, Tabasco!
Check back here 'cause it'll be a great one! Bob doesn't give out bad recipes, now does he? ;-)
We are so honored to have Mr. Paul McIlhenny as our featured guest on this Monday's podcast. Please make sure to subscribe to the show so you don't miss it. We want our audience to learn about the incredible history of this great American company. Who hasn't seen Tabasco in every restaurant in the good ol' USA and even overseas?
This is more than just talking about a great product - this is about a family owned company who have played, and continue to play, a major role in American Culinary History!
TUNE IN!
God Bless!
BBQ Bob

Beef : Grilled Rosemary Flank Steak
- 1/2 cup TABASCO brand Steak Sauce
- 1 large shallot, minced (2 tablespoons)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary, or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 large flank steak, about 2 pounds
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Combine TABASCO® brand Steak Sauce, shallot, garlic, vegetable oil, rosemary, and TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish and mix well. Add flank steak and turn to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight; bring to room temperature before grilling.
Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high. Place steak on rack in grill or broiler pan. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning midway, for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Serve with additional steak sauce and garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Oh No! BBQ Bob's Got Acid Reflux! LOL!
My voice is garbled and my throat is very sore! But damn, that BBQ was GOOD! I couldn't stop myself! Maybe I'll pop a zantac 150 before I start eatin' again.
One of the pitfalls of good BBQ and not knowin' when to stop. I'm sure that 2 gallons of Ronald Reagan Ale didn't help much none either.
This week we got a good show planned. I'm taking Miss Claudia to do some beer tastin' at a couple of places. One is my local waterin' hole (microbrewery) and the next place is O'Shea's Brewing Supply (my home away from home).
We'll be tasting a lot of beer and I'll do my utmost to get Miss Claudia drunk for the first time!
I'm hopin' that the show will be up tomorrow - but we'll have to see how ol' Bob is feelin'.
Hope everyone had a a beautiful and safe 4th of July.
Take care and God Bless Ya!
BBQ Bob
